Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) Needed in Lakeville, Minnesota – Remote Opportunity
Provide virtual mental health therapy and make a lasting impact on individuals seeking support. This remote role gives you the chance to help others while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year, with a full suite of benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online therapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Offer support to individuals navigating life challenges and transitions.
- Develop and maintain effective treatment plans that align with client goals.
- Guide clients in creating sustainable strategies for emotional resilience.
Requirements to Apply:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Minnesota licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Comfort with remote technology and teamwork.
