Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 annually, with competitive benefits
Your Role Will Involve:
- Delivering personalized virtual therapy to clients.
- Supporting individuals as they process emotions and overcome obstacles.
- Crafting client-centered treatment plans focused on achieving results.
- Encouraging personal growth and positive mental health outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
- Prior experience handling diverse mental health concerns.
- Exceptional communication skills and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate when necessary.
