Hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists in Irvine, California

We are hiring licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) who are passionate about helping clients achieve emotional and mental well-being. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to make a significant impact while working from home.

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually, with a full benefits package

Your Role Includes:

  • Conducting virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based interventions.
  • Creating and executing personalized treatment plans focused on client recovery and progress.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care delivery.
  • Participating in training and staying current with best practices in mental health care.
  • Offering insights to improve clinical strategies and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with electronic records systems is a bonus but not mandatory.
