Mental Health Therapist Role (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Remote in Glendale, California

We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals to provide therapy services and support clients on their wellness journey. Make an impact while working remotely in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Pay Range: $110,000–$130,000 annually, with benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver virtual therapy sessions using proven, evidence-based approaches for individuals, families, and groups.
  • Collaborate with clients to craft individualized care plans promoting recovery and well-being.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for holistic, integrated care.
  • Engage in professional development to maintain expertise in effective practices.
  • Offer constructive feedback to refine clinical programs and improve results.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
  • Two or more years of direct counseling experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered mindset.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records preferred but not essential.
