Licensed Mental Health Therapist Opportunities Across California
Advance your career with an organization dedicated to expanding access to mental health services. We are looking for licensed therapists (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) ready to focus on providing quality care to pre-screened, low-acuity clients.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct detailed client assessments to identify needs and goals.
  • Develop and oversee personalized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions using effective, evidence-based methods.
  • Manage crisis intervention situations professionally and compassionately.
  • Participate in ongoing professional growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.
  • Strong ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • A client-centered and thoughtful approach to care.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
