Mental Health Therapist Roles Available Across California
Become part of a mission-driven organization that prioritizes mental health accessibility. We are looking for licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to provide care exclusively to pre-screened, low-acuity clients, enabling you to focus on effective therapy.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, with a full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed client evaluations to assess mental health needs.
  • Design and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
  • Deliver therapy sessions utilizing proven methods and approaches.
  • Address crisis situations with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge through professional development activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline Skilled in creating a supportive and collaborative client experience.
  • Approachable, organized, and detail-oriented.
