Mental Health Therapist Positions Available in California
Looking for an opportunity to focus exclusively on therapy? We’re hiring licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients in a supportive and structured environment.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed client assessments to guide care planning.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Lead therapy sessions utilizing proven, results-oriented approaches.
- Address crises with professionalism and empathy.
- Pursue professional growth through ongoing learning opportunities.
Requirements:
- Active license: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline Ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships.
- Organized, efficient, and client-focused.
