Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Full-Time – Remote in Tennessee
We specialize in connecting Licensed Mental Health Professionals with clients across the country through a secure and user-friendly online platform. This remote position is perfect for LMFTs, LPCs, or LCSWs who take pride in providing exceptional care. You’ll work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical interactions.

Our administrative support ensures you can fully dedicate your time to therapy without the burden of non-clinical tasks.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, plus a full range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform virtual assessments and design customized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to define goals and track progress.
  • Provide telehealth services to enhance accessibility.
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation.
  • Participate in professional development to stay informed on best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
  • Active Tennessee license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.
  • At least 2–3 years of clinical experience with strong communication and case management skills.
