Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Remote Opportunity – Based in Tennessee
Our platform connects Licensed Therapist to clients, helping make mental health services more accessible. This position is ideal for licensed LMFTs, LPCs, or LCSWs who are passionate about delivering high-quality therapy to pre-screened, low-acuity clients.
Administrative responsibilities are handled for you, allowing you to concentrate fully on your clinical work.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Earnings: $90,000–$110,000 annually, along with competitive benefits.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy based on evidence-based practices.
  • Help clients achieve measurable progress in their goals.
  • Offer therapy remotely to meet client accessibility needs.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records.
  • Stay engaged in ongoing professional education.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
  • Tennessee license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience with excellent interpersonal and case management skills.
