Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Full-Time Remote Role – Tennessee-Based
Join an online platform that bridges the gap between Licensed Mental Health Therapists and their clients. This role allows LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs to focus on their clinical work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients.
With all administrative tasks managed for you, you’ll have the freedom to devote your energy to client care.

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation Package: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with full benefits.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Complete virtual client assessments and create personalized care plans.
  • Provide therapy using proven, evidence-based techniques.
  • Partner with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Offer accessible telehealth options to clients.
  • Maintain professional documentation standards.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional growth.

Position Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
  • Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Tennessee.
  • At least 2–3 years of clinical experience with strong communication and organizational skills.
