Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Ketchikan, Alaska

We are seeking qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join an expanding team of professionals dedicated to high-quality care. We're looking for therapists with licenses such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC to support the mental health needs of our clients. Position Details:

• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling in a virtual setting
• Utilize evidence-based therapies to support client progress
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each client
• Help clients increase self-awareness about their emotions and relationships
• Monitor and document client progress while promoting healthy coping skills

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
• Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
• Minimum of two years of clinical mental health experience
