Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Ketchikan, Alaska

We are seeking qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join an expanding team of professionals dedicated to high-quality care. We're looking for therapists with licenses such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC to support the mental health needs of our clients. In this role, you’ll benefit from an environment designed for professional development while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you work with.

Position Details:

  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counseling in a virtual setting
  • Utilize evidence-based therapies to support client progress
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for each client
  • Help clients increase self-awareness about their emotions and relationships
  • Monitor and document client progress while promoting healthy coping skills

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
  • Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
  • Minimum of two years of clinical mental health experience
