Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Anchorage, Alaska

Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) are invited to join our growing team of professionals. We are looking for individuals with a passion for mental health and a desire to make a positive impact. As part of our team, you will be supported with resources that allow you to focus on providing exceptional client care while developing your career.

Position Details:

  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client-focused counseling sessions via telehealth
  • Apply proven, evidence-based treatment techniques
  • Tailor treatment plans to meet the individual needs of each client
  • Guide clients toward self-awareness of their emotions and relationships
  • Track progress and encourage healthy coping strategies

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
  • Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
  • At least two years of clinical experience in mental health
