Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Ketchikan, Alaska

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join us in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Position Details:

  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with an attractive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client-centered counseling via virtual sessions
  • Implement evidence-based practices in client treatment
  • Design customized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Promote self-awareness in clients concerning their emotions and relationships
  • Keep track of client progress and provide guidance in developing healthy coping skills

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
  • Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
  • A minimum of two years of clinical mental health experience
