We are currently seeking licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) for remote positions. If you are passionate about patient care and clinical excellence, we invite you to apply.

Position: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus competitive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead virtual therapy sessions to promote mental wellness.
• Establish a safe, welcoming environment for clients to express themselves.
• Partner with clients to define and reach personal goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Licensed to practice independently (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Proven experience in therapy and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication and trust-building abilities in virtual settings.
• Proficient with online therapy tools and platforms.
