We’re hiring Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) for remote positions. If you value patient care and clinical excellence, we want you on our team.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions to support mental health.
• Provide a safe space for clients to express their challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to set and meet personal goals.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Licensed to practice independently (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated experience in therapy and treatment planning.
• Strong virtual communication and trust-building skills.
• Proficient in online therapy platforms.
