We are currently looking for experienced and skilled Mental Health Therapists, including Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), to join a respected team in California.

Job Type: Full-time, Virtual
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, using evidence-based techniques to support client mental health.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to promote healing and well-being.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent need.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and improved client outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and research to provide the highest level of service.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience providing therapy in various formats (individual, family, group).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse client base.
