Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) – Glendale, California Virtual Position
Advance your professional journey as a Mental Health Therapist in California. We are seeking professionals in the fields of LPCC, LCSW, and LMFT to join a well-regarded virtual care team.

Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with complete benefits

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide high-quality online therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group counseling.
  • Partner with clients to establish personalized treatment goals that enhance their mental health journey.
  • Offer crisis intervention and emotional support as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation meets legal and ethical standards.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Valid LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in California or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations.
  • Ability to connect with clients and provide culturally competent care.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
