Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Remote Role in Oceanside, California
Support clients in a fully remote mental health role. Provide expert counseling through a secure telehealth platform designed to enhance accessibility to quality care.
Position Summary:
Conduct remote therapy sessions that empower clients to achieve emotional balance and personal growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Annual Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 + benefits
Primary Duties:
- Offer remote therapy tailored to individual client needs.
- Guide clients in managing stress, life transitions, and personal challenges.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize mental health services.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Licensed in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT (or licensure eligibility).
- Experience in providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
- Strong ability to connect with and support clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to cultural competence and client-centered care.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
