Remote Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Salinas, California

Provide mental health support from a fully virtual setting. This opportunity allows licensed therapists to work remotely while delivering quality therapy sessions through an advanced telehealth system.

Position Highlights:

Facilitate online counseling sessions, assisting clients in their journey toward emotional and mental well-being.

Employment: Full-time

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions adapted to each client’s concerns.
• Help individuals navigate personal and emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with a dedicated mental health team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Experience working with individuals, families, or groups in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building client connections.
• Dedication to inclusive and culturally sensitive care.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
