Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)– Work Remotely in Santa Clara, California

About the Role:

Engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions designed to support emotional wellness and life transitions.

Position Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 annually + benefits

Key Functions:

• Conduct virtual sessions addressing client-specific concerns.
• Assist clients with stress, motivation, and personal development.
• Work closely with a professional team to optimize mental health care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT (or ability to obtain).
• Hands-on experience in individual, family, or group therapy.
• Strong ability to engage with diverse client populations.
• Commitment to cultural competency and inclusive care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
