Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) – Chandler, Arizona
This position is designed for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist looking for a structured yet flexible work environment. We emphasize collaboration, transparency, and professional growth beyond private practice.
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus full benefits.
Key Duties:
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Provide therapy services aimed at recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with other care providers for comprehensive support.
- Maintain proper documentation of sessions and treatment progress.
- Balance a full caseload while ensuring quality care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
- Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and strong communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for client-centered care.
