Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) – Lake Havasu City, Arizona

This position is designed for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist looking for a structured yet flexible work environment. We emphasize collaboration, transparency, and professional growth beyond private practice.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Key Duties:

• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide therapy services aimed at recovery and well-being.
• Collaborate with other care providers for comprehensive support.
• Maintain proper documentation of sessions and treatment progress.
• Balance a full caseload while ensuring quality care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and strong communication skills.
