Mental Health Therapist Needed in Princeville, Hawaii
We’re hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team. This role offers the chance to support clients through their challenges, helping them develop coping strategies and achieve personal growth.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 per year, with a full benefits package
Your Role:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain thorough, confidential records of client progress.
- Ensure adherence to legal and ethical mental health care guidelines.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license in Hawaii.
- At least two years of direct clinical experience.
- A strong understanding of mental health regulations and best practices.
