Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) – Meaningful Work in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Work alongside care teams to assess and refine treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Help clients build coping strategies for long-term success.
  • Engage in professional networking and outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health settings.
