Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Full-Time Role in Allentown, Pennsylvania
We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide exceptional therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. If you're looking for a role where you can grow professionally and make a meaningful impact, this could be the perfect fit.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 per year + benefits
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation.
- Support clients in developing strategies for lasting change.
- Engage in professional development and outreach activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Two years of professional experience in a clinical setting.
