Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Join a Thriving Practice in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

We are seeking skilled Mental Health Therapists who are eager to help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. Join a supportive team that fosters professional growth and prioritizes high-quality therapy.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year + benefits

Role Overview:

  • Conduct individualized therapy sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with care teams to refine treatment plans.
  • Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Equip clients with long-term coping strategies.
  • Engage in professional networking and outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Valid Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
