Virtual Therapist Wanted in Oceanside, California – Full-Time

Job Overview:
- Job Type: Full-time, Remote
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy through a secure telehealth platform.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Offer crisis intervention when required.
- Keep thorough and accurate documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest mental health strategies.
Qualifications:
- California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license (or eligibility).
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similar field.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong ability to build relationships in a virtual setting.
