Remote Therapist – Full-Time Mental Health Role in Simi Valley, California
We are hiring LCSWs, LPCCs, and LMFTs to provide high-quality virtual therapy to clients across California. If you’re looking for a role where you can focus on client care without the administrative burdens of traditional settings, this is for you.
Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 annually + full benefits
Your Role:
- Deliver therapy via a secure telehealth platform.
- Guide clients through personalized treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Keep accurate and ethical client records.
- Work in collaboration with a supportive team.
Requirements:
- California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license.
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similar field.
- Experience in therapy, mental health, or counseling.
- Strong virtual communication skills.
