Job Description:
We are hiring licensed mental health therapists to provide remote counseling services to individuals in need. Join our team and be part of a mission-driven organization that values your expertise and dedication.
Position Overview:
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Competitive salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Offer therapy sessions tailored to individual, family, and group needs.
- Perform thorough mental health evaluations and design personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide integrated care.
- Keep accurate and timely records of client progress.
- Stay informed on best practices in mental health therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual setting.
