Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) – San Diego, California

Employment Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, remote
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients across various backgrounds
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a remote team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain confidential and detailed client records
- Stay updated with industry best practices and clinical advancements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California
- Minimum two years of experience in mental health or counseling
- Prior experience in telehealth is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients remotely
