Employment Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, remote
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Collaborate with a team of remote professionals
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring client confidentiality
- Stay up to date on the latest in mental health therapy
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
- At least two years of clinical experience
- Strong communication skills for virtual therapy
- Previous telehealth experience is a plus
