Virtual Licensed Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Ketchikan, Alaska

We’re looking for licensed mental health professionals to provide virtual therapy services. If you hold an independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and want to work in an environment that promotes professional growth and client-centered care, this role is for you.

Job Highlights:

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide telehealth counseling to individuals.
  • Use evidence-based techniques to guide client progress.
  • Develop and refine treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Support clients in managing emotions and relationships.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor treatment effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska.
  • At least two years of mental health counseling experience.
