Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) – Full-Time Role in Goodyear, Arizona

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions and implement treatment plans.
- Support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Keep detailed and accurate records.
- Maintain a manageable and well-organized caseload.
Requirements:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
