Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) – Los Angeles, California

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Offering resources and referrals to support patient care.
• Applying clinical skills and evidence-based practices to deliver quality care.
• Managing mandatory reporting processes with professionalism.
• Collaborating with peers to foster a supportive and adaptive workplace culture.
• Conducting assessments and tailoring treatment plans for individual client needs.
• Documenting client progress and treatment plans accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Current LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California.
• At least 2 years of outpatient experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse client population.
