Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Help clients build resilience and well-being in our outpatient office in Huntington Beach, California by delivering high-quality therapy services. This role focuses on individualized care in a professional and supportive environment.
Your Role:
- Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
- Maintain client confidentiality and detailed documentation
- Offer referrals to additional support services when necessary
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
- Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and other treatment approaches
