Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Outpatient Practice in Thousand Oaks, California
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Support individuals, couples, and families through evidence-based therapy in our outpatient office. Work in a structured, professional setting that prioritizes both client care and therapist well-being.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Conduct therapy sessions for clients with diverse needs
- Coordinate care and connect clients with additional resources
- Maintain up-to-date clinical records
- Uphold ethical and confidentiality standards
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
- Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- Experience working in an outpatient setting
- Strong ability to engage with clients of all backgrounds
- Proficiency in multiple therapy modalities
