Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Remote Work & Competitive Pay in Long Beach, California

This full-time role offers the flexibility of virtual therapy without the financial burden of private practice. You’ll have access to a steady stream of clients, an intuitive platform for scheduling and documentation, and performance-based bonus opportunities.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide virtual mental health therapy using a HIPAA-compliant platform.
  • Use evidence-based techniques to support client progress.
  • Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans as needed.
  • Offer guidance to help clients navigate challenges effectively.
  • Track progress and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
  • Minimum of three years in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools for clinical documentation.
