Virtual Mental Health Therapist – Full-Time Position in Riverside, California

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- Utilize proven therapeutic methods to guide clients toward meaningful progress.
- Design treatment plans that evolve with client goals.
- Offer insights to support emotional and behavioral growth.
- Maintain thorough documentation using an easy-to-use online system.
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- An active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license.
- Three years of experience in an outpatient or virtual care setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Tech proficiency for digital record-keeping.
