Virtual Mental Health Therapist – Full-Time Position in Chula Vista, California

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilize proven therapeutic methods to guide clients toward meaningful progress.
• Design treatment plans that evolve with client goals.
• Offer insights to support emotional and behavioral growth.
• Maintain thorough documentation using an easy-to-use online system.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• An active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license.
• Three years of experience in an outpatient or virtual care setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Tech proficiency for digital record-keeping.
