Licensed Therapist | Roseville, California

This full-time remote role eliminates the overhead costs of private practice while providing a consistent client base and performance-based incentives.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000

Your Role Includes:

  • Providing virtual mental health therapy to clients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Using evidence-based techniques to address emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans and adjusting them as necessary.
  • Supporting clients in building effective coping mechanisms.
  • Documenting client progress in an efficient, user-friendly system.

Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
  • At least three years of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in digital documentation platforms.
