Virtual Licensed Therapist – Simi Valley, California

This position offers the flexibility of remote work without the complexities of managing a private practice. You’ll have access to a steady stream of clients, an intuitive platform, and performance-based bonuses.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Primary Duties:

• Provide one-on-one therapy through a secure video platform.
• Use evidence-based strategies to support client progress.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Assist clients in building resilience and emotional well-being.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
• At least three years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Comfort using technology for virtual therapy and documentation.
