Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Remote Position

Position Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy through video sessions, using evidence-based techniques like CBT and ABA.
• Offer trauma-informed care for clients dealing with PTSD.
• Manage client cases, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with external providers.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with ICD-9 standards.
• Engage in family therapy to support positive relationships and behavioral improvements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
• At least three years of experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
