Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth Opportunity

We are hiring licensed therapists for a fully remote position offering a structured virtual care model. Our platform allows therapists to deliver quality care through video sessions, while we take care of the administrative work. Currently hiring in Oxnard, California.

Job Details:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Range: $90,000 – $100,000

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Lead virtual therapy sessions using research-backed methods.
• Support clients dealing with PTSD by offering structured trauma therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate client care.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with ICD-9 requirements.
• Provide family-based counseling to improve communication and relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
• Two years of experience in outpatient or telehealth settings.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to use digital platforms effectively.
