Mental Health Therapist – Virtual Practice Hiring Now

We are looking for licensed therapists who want to provide therapy remotely while being part of a collaborative and well-supported team. Our telehealth model allows for effective virtual therapy, with structured sessions and digital tools. Open positions in Pasadena, California.

Position Information:

• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct client evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans.
• Deliver virtual therapy using evidence-based techniques like CBT and ABA.
• Provide trauma-informed therapy to support PTSD clients.
• Work with other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation that meets ICD-9 standards.
• Offer family therapy to promote emotional and behavioral stability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
• Minimum two years of experience in a clinical setting, including telehealth.
• Ability to use digital therapy platforms effectively.
