Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Los Angeles, California (Outpatient)

We are adding licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to our team in California for an outpatient setting. If you have at least two years of experience and a Master’s degree in a related field, this role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and full benefits.

Position Details:

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
• Pay Range: $85,000 - $117,000 per year
• Minimum Weekly Hours: 5

Your Role:

• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans tailored to each client
• Provide therapy in individual and group settings
• Support clients working through PTSD and other behavioral health challenges
• Keep documentation organized and up to professional standards
• Work with a team when collaboration is needed

What You Need to Qualify:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
• Experience in therapy and case management
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with CBT, ABA, or other evidence-based approaches is a plus
