Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Oakland, California (Outpatient)
We are adding licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to our team in California for an outpatient setting. If you have at least two years of experience and a Master’s degree in a related field, this role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and full benefits.
Position Details:

- Pay Range: $85,000 - $117,000 per year

Your Role:
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans tailored to each client
- Provide therapy in individual and group settings
- Support clients working through PTSD and other behavioral health challenges

What You Need to Qualify:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
- Experience in therapy and case management
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with CBT, ABA, or other evidence-based approaches is a plus
