Licensed Therapist – Visalia, California
We’re hiring LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs to provide therapy in an outpatient setting in California. If you have two or more years of experience and a Master’s degree, this role offers a flexible schedule, full benefits, and a supportive work environment.
Position Details:

Your Role:
- Perform mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide therapy in individual and group formats
- Offer support for PTSD, depression, anxiety, and related conditions
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work alongside other professionals when needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
- Experience in therapy and case management
- Proficiency in CBT, ABA, or similar therapeutic approaches is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
