Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Outpatient Mental Health
We are looking for licensed therapists in Vallejo, California to join our outpatient mental health team. This role offers a flexible schedule, full benefits, and competitive pay. If you have at least two years of experience and a Master’s degree, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Overview:

Job Duties:
- Assess client needs and design personalized therapy plans
- Conduct therapy sessions individually and in groups
- Provide support for PTSD, behavioral health, and emotional challenges
- Maintain clear and professional documentation
- Collaborate with other clinicians when needed
What’s Required:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
- Experience working with diverse client populations
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with CBT, ABA, or other evidence-based approaches is a plus
