Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, with a full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based modalities to support clients in their mental health journey.
  • Keep accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in case reviews and ongoing professional development.
  • Provide guidance and education to clients and their families regarding mental health resources.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and practices in mental health care.

What You Bring:

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • A valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
  • Experience in psychotherapy, with a strong foundation in evidence-based techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills for individualized client care.
  • A team-oriented mindset, open to collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
