Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) – Phoenix, Arizona

We’re looking for experienced mental health professionals to join our team and provide exceptional care to our diverse client base. With a strong support system and a steady caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on what you do best—helping people.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, plus full benefits

Your Role:

  • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and solution-focused techniques.
  • Keep clinical records organized and compliant with all regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing case consultations with a team of supportive peers.
  • Provide guidance and resources to clients and families.
  • Stay informed about the latest research to enhance clinical effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
  • Expertise in psychotherapy techniques with a client-centered approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-based environment.
